With so much going on and these beautiful hot days - STAY HYDRATED!
Here are some suggestions to help you stay calm, cool and assured you are getting enough water:
2 glasses of water after waking (this helps aide /activate internal organs.)
1 glass of water 30 minutes before meals. (this helps with your digestion.)
1 glass of water before taking a bath. (this helps to lower your blood pressure.)
1 glass before bed. (avoids stroke or heart attack.)
